The Journey Begins

The journey of Devil’s Divine Den started from a mother’s simple desire to feed her son with healthy, homemade food. What began as a reluctant step into the kitchen, spurred by the birth of her son, evolved into a passionate culinary adventure. The name “Devil’s Divine Den” itself was inspired by her son’s playful compliments like “Deadly yum,” “Too devilish to die for,” and “Heavenly Divine.”

Words That Guide Us

“There are a few words that always encourage me when I am low or I am not able to figure out my path. Before the wedding, Papa used to say, ‘Excelsior, excelsior, excelsior. Think good, expect the best.’ After my wedding, I feel incredibly blessed to have two amazing best friends in my life: before the wedding, my father, and after my wedding, my father-in-law. My father-in-law always says, ‘Quality is the foundation of success, never compromise with it; eventually, consumers will crave your product.'”

Udayveer's Influence on My Culinary Journey

A Foodie is Born

“My story starts from when I was never a foodie, and never was interested in stepping into the kitchen. But everything changed when my son, Udayveer, was born. He was a foodie and demanded different cuisines. His love for food and his words, ‘Mama, you are exceptional,’ pushed me to explore the kitchen. It was because of him that I first stepped into the kitchen, making porridge for him. His constant requests for homemade burgers, pizzas, and sandwiches kept me going, even when he was away at boarding school.”

Finding Myself Through Cooking

From Reluctance to Passion

“The second time I went into the kitchen was when my son was in 5th standard. His demands for different foods led me to experiment and learn. Soon, I was making a variety of cakes, ice creams, and more. It was during this time that I realized I was slowly rediscovering myself through cooking. What started as an obligation turned into a passion, with every new dish bringing a sense of accomplishment and identity.”

A Kitchen with a Purpose

“Devil’s Divine Den tries to provide healthy food by using pure wheat, semolina, and yellow corn flour which contains all its nutrients. We avoid synthetic flavors, acidic fluids, and stabilizers that could harm the digestive system. Instead of mayonnaise, we use yogurt and other healthy elements in our dips and sauces. We are committed to using cocoa solids made from cocoa beans, not vegetable fats, ensuring that our chocolate treats are as healthy as they are delicious.”
